Strolling with the Wounded in Mongolia

English resident Rachel Forbes will run the 100-mile Mongol test. Rachel, who is a resigned major from the British Army, will go through eight days venturing out to Lake Khuvsgul, which is in the North West of Mongolia.

The test, which will be raising money for "Strolling with the Wounded" will occur in a remote piece of Mongolia, where temperatures can drop to - 45C. This foundation enables helpless veterans to recover their autonomy and reintegrate into society in the wake of leaving the military. Rachel has raised over £2,000 for the foundation as of now.

Rachel, who is 45 and served 19 years in the military, was propelled to take on a test that would stretch her as far as possible subsequent to watching recordings of individual female explorers.

Rachel has been preparing since November awakening at 5.30am to go running. Notwithstanding, won't have the option to set herself up for the outrageous cold until she arrives in Mongolia in March.
